Formed in 1998, CEP was created on the foundation of 15years experience in the wholesale industry and the realisation that there was a need for a local wholesale to provide quality products, excellent service but most importantly to meet and understand the needs of local people.
Following a steady growth, Caldew Electrical Supplies changed to CEP (Carlisle) Ltd. Meaning Caldew Electrical & Plumbing. The addition of plumbing materials meant the company was able to expand its customer base whilst continuing to offer excellent service. As the company continued to grow and expand, new avenues were explored with the creation of Kitchen, Bathroom and Lighting department.
