Totally ruined by awful customer service.
Great communication before the event with a very helpful man called Ian.
Great service by a young lad who delivered on the day (wish I had got his name)
Totally spoilt by such an aggressive guy called Ste I spoke to when the wrong ball pit was delivered.
Told me half an hour before the party was due to start that they would be packing up the bouncy castle and taking it all away when I questioned why the wrong item had been sent!
No apology or explanation just threats to pack up and take away, not what you want to hear just before your child’s birthday

Kids 9th Birthday:
We had the the inflatable first to 4 slide. It was a big hit, everyone loved it. SJ's Leisure were really professional, great timing and the slide was really clean and in good quality. I'm glad as we have another bouncy castle being delivered for my little girls birthday this weekend. I would definitely recommend

We recently hired a bouncy castle for our little boys birthday. We had an absolute blast.
Safety was very important to the team so we ended up needing to move days due to bad weather but that’s part of hiring it in March and would rather know everyone was safe!
We’ve already talked about hiring again in summer. The bouncy castle was clean and the team followed all the social distancing rules.
Thanks for creating a memorable 2nd lockdown birthday for our little boy!

We had to cancel our initial booking late on due to
A family covid scare. They were completely understanding and extremely helpful in finding a solution for us.
When we re arranged the castle arrive clean, was set up safely and the staff couldn’t do enough to help and ensure I was fully comfortable with both the castle and the set up but also the sound system
And lighting that was included.
Fantastic day thanks to a great company I would highly recommend and we will be using again.

We hired the mini indoor bouncy castle for my sons birthday and it was perfect. We don’t have a large house, but we fit it in the living room no problem, and it took seconds to inflate / deflate. The whole process was so simple and my both my boys (3 & 1) LOVED it - hours and hours of fun!
It was immaculately clean on arrival and the team couldn’t have been more helpful on delivery / pickup.
Have recommended the company to my friends and would certainly use again.

This years street party needed something different, a Pink and Purple bouncy castle with integrated disco ball and music player it is then.......
Arrived on time and was safely set up in no time with a full explanation of how it worked from the friendly delivery team.
Excellent value considering the kids bounced on it for 13 hours nonstop!!!! *Plus a 30min Pyjama bounce in the morning before it was collected.
