Kinetic Logistics is a courier specialising in deliveries and drop shipping of furniture, electricals and other fragile goods. Moreover, we operate modern liveried vehicles and all our staff are smartly uniformed and fully trained and knowledgeable about safe loading, handling and delivery of furniture and fragile goods.
Please Note: There is no need to pay for a full two man service when delivering products that don't require an upstairs delivery. You submit your delivery request online (via our portal) alternatively, we can set up EDI to automate this whole process for you. We collect from your supplier (FREE of charge) our driver barcodes the items for you.

They gave clear instructions as how the delivery was to be made and regularly updated their progress. Once delivery day had arrived I knew a 3 hour window of when to expect the delivery. 15 minutes before their eta a phone call was received advise they were 15 minutes out. The delivery was made to the front door with a smile and all done.

The driver had a problem accessing my street due to road restrictions and diversions. He called me to keep me informed and was kind enough to trolley the large item of furniture from two streets away. He couldn't have been a nicer man and I am very grateful that he made sure my furniture item was delivered. Very impressive.

I bought a TV from Costco, and Kinetic Logistics contacted me within a few days of purchase to arrange delivery - this was particularly good, as the item was ordered on Boxing Day, so I was not expecting immediate delivery.
TV delivered on 31 December 2021, handled well, and with care by the delivery driver, who had contacted me 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way, and was actually running early, so it arrived 15 minutes before my arranged slot.

A Truly First Class Service!
A delivery scheduled via a company I’d never heard of, due on Christmas Eve to boot, filled me with dread. However, my concerns couldn’t have been proved less valid!
The communication from day one was first class, the delivery schedule had a set timeframe for within a few hours, the contact call from the delivery driver was exactly as promised and perfectly on time too. What’s more the driver was extremely polite, friendly and professional.
Once here, the delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful and respectful.

Kinetic Logistics kept us posted of our bulky delivery order from an online retailer, with clear email/text updates from when the order was placed to help us plan our week.
I liked the fact they provided a delivery window a couple days ahead and that our delivery driver, Paul, gave us a call shortly before delivery to ensure we’re ready to accept it.
Paul was professional, friendly and handled the goods with care.

I've only had one item delivered through this company and no complaints at all. I had an email and text message informing me of the delivery day and was also given a three hour time slot for the delivery. The item was delivered in the time slot and I also got a call from Dave the driver to say he was around 20 minutes away for the delivery. He was pleasant, polite and delivered the item with care and consideration.

I was really pleased with the drivers who came to deliver our furniture, they were also very helpful in giving instructions which was great, they kept their word and delivered within the time slot provided. The only downside was that we didn't get the call as instructed hence we were a bit unsure whether the delivery was taking place as it had gotten closer to the end of the allocated period. Otherwise great service.

I received good advanced notification of the delivery via email and sms. I confirmed that the allocated slot was suitable. Then on the day the driver phoned in advance before the delivery, to say he was on his way. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful. Overall a good delivery experience.
