Twin brothers, Andrew and Tim Hopkins started their careers as a panel beater and painter for a local Kidderminster Bodyshop. They then decided to open their own bodyshop in Stourport. The purchase of Tip Top Accident repairs in Kidderminster from the Yarrington brothers, already an established family business, gave the twins a further 50 cars per week capacity.
When the vehicle comes on site by recovery or bringing the vehicle in for repair, we may be handing a courtesy car over to you, so relevant hire paperwork needs to be completed. You will be required to submit a drivers license number for a courtesy car. Our goal is to keep you mobile and get you going as quickly as possible, so most policies will give you access to a replacement vehicle while yours is being repaired.
The Vehicle can be either assessed over the phone if you can e mail or text images into us, at your home or place of work, or pop into our assessment centres, this enables us to clarify how much damage has been caused and what parts are required to complete the repair, this helps us to speed up the length of time your vehicle will need to be on site with us when it comes in for repair.

If I could give 1 star I would. Getting my car repaired through my insurance and I had to phone them to arrange for them to collect my car, just to be told they will contact me as soon as possible. I'm already stressed as it is , how long does it take to ask for photos and to arrange to pick my car up
