We offer FREE printing and embroidery on most of the items we sell. Whilst the printing or embroidery is free of charge, there is an initial one off set-up charge, of 15. This is to cover the digitising process (where your design is turned into a format suitable for our printing or embroidery machines).

Ordered my daughters uniform cannot fault the quality of the garments for the price, could not understand why it took 7 days to receive goods, phoned up and they was really help on explaining what has to be done and have learned something new, would i use again yes, my wifes friend having their hen do tshirts made here.

Absolute rubbish customer service. Ordered a shirt through my college, not only were there no size guides so when the order came it was HUGE and I mean HUGE for a medium. I also ordered it and it took TWO WEEKS to arrive! Considering I only live 3 hours away from Birmingham by car, I wonder why it took so long to arrived even when I paid £4.00 postage and gave my email address so they could contact me if it was dispatched. I will NEVER be buying anything from this store again! Its a shame I have to use the shirt for my work experience or i would ask for my money back!!

Really bad customer service. I received an email to say my delivery would arrive on Friday I sat in waiting and it never came, I called them and was told it would be with me on Monday and I would receive a call with a tracking number. I never received a call and I have just called them to be told it hasn't been sent and would maybe be here in wedsnesdsy or Thursday.
