I reached to them via their generic email address, got a response within a few hours, Rich contacted me from the Slough location as I had specified my delivery address in my initial email, he was super helpful, quick to respond to my follow up emails / questions and ordered in the items I wanted quickly. All and all positive, I would buy from them and deal with Rich again.
