As a family run company our business provides a first class service from the moment a customer requests a booking, to the time we hand back the keys. We have built an extensive customer base and are able to visit clients' at work or at home. All of our vehicles carry electricity and water, whilst our staff are all uniformed to provide a professional appearance as well as service.

As a company all our valeters are trained to a high standard and offer the same level of service. All bookings are by appointment only, via one of our local offices. We are able to offer a standard outside wash to a full interior and exterior valet from bonnet to boot, inside and out. All products used by Valeting direct are tried and tested to the highest quality.

Valeting Direct are constantly changing and testing different products to develop our valeting. Paint finishes are very vulnerable to the elements and abrasive cleaning and to address this, Valeting Direct have created their very own Detailing Department. When looking at your vehicle in certain light conditions or angles, you may see that the paint surface contains minor scratching and swirls marks.

Massive thank you to Glenn who spent two hours cleaning my car inside and out within an inch of its life!! The back seats had various wet dog related marks on them and it really was a very big ask for those stains to be removed. I'm really really impressed with the results of Glenn's hard work. My car is now cleaner than the day I bought it brand… new from Fiat. Glenn even tidied up the silver digs and dents on my black alloys which had suffered from 4 years of terrible parking and they now look like new - I didn't realise that was part of the service (or an exterior clean) so I am chuffed
