Becoming a regular customer myself now, so I feel that in itself is a credit to the Marine Services supplied. For Mariner/Mercury parts and service, they’ve provided manufacturer parts at OEM prices with great support and advice from DR (outboard) and service staff.

We dropped off a outboard engine for a service and wanted some advice regarding the engine I was made to feel inadequate from the moment I saw the mechanic we left it with them I was rang a few days later to say he needed to order a part which would take about a week. over a month later no news so I rang them to see if it was ready to collect. The terrible attitude I had on the phone for asking was unreal just to luckily it was not my husband on the phone the guy would be in hospital for 3 months shocking costumer service wouldn't recommend avoid like the plague

If you really want somebody to look after you and your boat, use GGF boat repair centre in Bridgend.
They are really friendly and easy to talk to, not like the people or the boss in Cardiff - very arrogant !!!

We had China Girl lifted and her bottom cleaned on the Seslift at Cardiff Marina. Darren and the team were very professional and careful. Andy the rigger identified that our mast was not straight and this was causing our in mast reefing problems. He also gave us some helpful tips and advice. Would definitely come again if we needed help when in this area.

What a shame. I decided to keep my boat here because the people at Cardiff marina were so nice and helpful. It’s hard to believe it’s the same company. They upset me initially by moving my yacht without asking then refusing to apologise for putting my stands back under it incorrectly and bending them, they then wanted to charge me for using their stands cause mine were no longer up to scratch.
Apart from this, there is no weekend vehicle access allowed and if you do go in on foot you have call a premium rate number to inform security each time you enter who may still shout at you continually
