Our experience, together with a solid and thought out property marketing package, ensures that your home will get maximum exposure and that we will exploit any and every opportunity to find the best buyer for your home. We believe in a joined up approach to selling your home and use high quality professional photography, alongside the latest in 2D/3D floorplans together with 360 degree Virtual Tour technology, to bring your home to life.
So that your family and loved ones are provided for and that your property is given to the people that you would intend to get it. If you don't it will mean that you die Intestate which means that you die without a Will. That means the Law of Scotland will regulate who should get what and will lead to delay for the surviving members of your family and cause much distress as to what it is you wanted to happen.

I've dealt with AMM for the last 20 years, I have found them to be courteous, caring and very professional.

I used AMM to set up a separation agreement following a split from my wife. Fraser was very friendly and helpful, provided guidance on the purposes of the agreement and made the whole difficult process much easier, providing peace of mind that the technicalities were all being handled. Despite the process being long and drawn out due to COVID-19 and some slow responses from the other party involved, the cost was very reasonable and I would definitely go to AMM again (hopefully for a less painful purpose next time!)

Used these guys twice, both were the kind of experience which gives solicitors their stereotyped wretched reputation. They left us uninformed, hanging on, and with the feeling we were utterly unimportant. The sale of a house is stressful enough without the added pressure of a hopeless solicitors, and a death in the family is heartbreaking enough without the will taking almost two years to resolve - despite no complications. Wouldn't ever use again, and couldn't, in right mind, recommend.
