AWESOME! Incredibly friendly and welcoming. I found the gym boring but Kuk Sool keeps my brain working just as much as my body.
Love it!

Whether you are 5, 15, 25 or 55 yrs old, I would recommend KSW to any age and fitness level. My story 🖤 Kuk Sool Won has become an important part of my life, in many ways. I have alot of respect for the Master'… s, Intructors and my fellow Students within this Martial Art and I feel proud to be part of it. I enjoy making lots of new friends and my journey is going very well. ... I had been training for 2 years at the time, so I already felt fitter and stronger in myself. In February 2018 I became seriously unwell with an infection called Bacterial Pneumonia, I was hospitalised for

Ok I am going to tell you a story. Before I joined Kuk Sool Won I wasn't a confident person. In 2011 I had two free trial lesson at Waterlane Leisure Centre in Lowestoft. When I first did my first free lesson I was a little nervous. Then after my two free lessons I got my new uniform with a white belt. I felt that everything has changed. I wanted… to try something different for a hobby. I passed all my gradings. On 26th September 2014 I had a accident at the end of my grading I was doing a board break but all a sudden I broke my right big toe. I went to the hospital the same night and I

I suffer from anxiety and panic attack and found it hard to go out and meet people. But since joining Kuk Sool Won of Lowestoft & Halesworth my confidence has gone up. It is a very warm and friendly place. no one judges you if you need to pop outside or leave for the night. with my anxiety I find it hard to control my mind and all I want to do is… run home but kuk sool is helping me to confront those thought and to stay. I would highly recommend kuk sool won to anyone who has the same kind of problems as me plus exercise is very good for you and helps to give you more endorphins and

In 2011 Reuben at 6yrs old tentatively walked into the Halesworth Dojang. 4 years later he, very proudly, promoted to JKN. This has been achieved by not only by his own determination and commitment but to the support of all the instructors at Halesworth. As a parent I have not only seen him become more focused but he is growing into an… incredible young man and I truly believe that his chosen sport of Kuk Sool Won is one of the main reasons for this. The level of support amongst the children and their instructors at Halesworth never fails to amaze me. I have sat through many training sessions
