Pro-actively work with customers to address the overall 'carbon footprint' involved in the production and delivery of all printed materials. A stand of trees are dedicated to McLays at Pen-Y-Turnpike Wood, Glamorgan for winning "Best Commitment to Change in Business Practice". McLays are proud to be a partner of the charity Size of Wales who are actively raising funds to protect tropical rainforests http://www.sizeofwales.org.uk/.
In the modern working environment it is not enough to just have history and be able to tell a good story. To be a supplier to some of the best known brands in the UK, McLays has to ensure it complies with a number of regulatory and environmental requirements. McLays is the only Welsh based company with a Postcomm (now Ofcom) licence for the provision of postal sortation and delivery services.
Being a privately owned company we have a commitment to support our staff and the local community. We also understand the importance of our Ethical and Privacy obligations. As well as a responsibility for our impact on the environment, McLays is proactive in supporting local community projects, charitable causes and individual sponsored events.
We are conveniently located just 2 minutes from J32 of the M4, approximately 20 minutes from Cardiff city centre and less than 30 minutes from Cardiff International Airport. Our postcode is CF14 7ZB, which will show on Google Maps, however, some GPS systems seem to have problems locating us so check our directions before you set off!

Worst place to work! Between an illiterate team leader to ones who don’t know the meaning of confidentiality, if you work there your definitely leaving with a mental health condition that’s for sure, some day they will end up getting taken to court simply because the way they deal with things is completely not legal
