I was dealt with by James, Sales Manager, who could not have been more helpful. He is likable, knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. Hawthorns is also a trading garage/service center so the cars they sell will have been given a thorough examination and given any attention required prior to being sold. The car I bought was in very good condition and very well presented. The few minor imperfections I pointed out were all rectified prior to the sale, I could not have asked for more.

Took my vauxhall zafira in with a severe juddering issue. They had my car checked 2 days after I phoned, in between school runs, staff were polite and professional. It was bad news for me and my car yet the compassion shown by staff was incredible and customer service exemplary. This was my first experience of their garage and I can honestly say they have lived up to the recommendation that I had received from elsewhere.

Purchased a car from Jason/Jonathan and the whole Hawthorns team as a 1st car for Lydia who just turned 17 years this month. Car was fantastic and they even gave her a card and balloons! So impressed as was my wife and Lydia. Austin 10 years younger but already eyeing up the cars in the garage as superb selection!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from Hawthorns. They really do seem to have the customer at the heart of their business, and make the whole process so smooth and convenient. Long opening hours are so useful, so we could drop the cars off before work, and they are so obliging at fitting repairs or services in at short notice. The service team are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful that it takes all the stress out of car trouble; I cannot imagine receiving a better service anywhere else. I have shopped around different garages and Hawthorns always give the best deal

From start to finish, James was the epitome of professionalism, patience and help. My wife and I were made to feel very welcome in the showroom and were supported fully during the entire transaction. As a person who is, and, comes from a family of car enthusiast I’m extremely particular about the cars I buy, where I buy them from and who services them. My father purchased a number of TVR’s from Hawthorns when they were the official dealership a number of years ago. His experience then is the same as mine now, excellent. I was really impressed with the whole experience of buying a car from Hawthorns.
