After having quotes from a few local firms I'm glad I went with these guys. I'm so happy with the great service I received from Profile 2000, everyone was very helpful from the sales appointment to the windows being fitted. The fitting guys were on time, clean & tidy, I'm so pleased with the windows and Bi-Folds they look fantastic and it was all completed in three days. I really can't recommend them enough and I'm not one for writing reviews...

Customer service/after-sales is second-to-none. I put in a service call regarding some windows that were fitted to our development of flats a few years ago. Just some minor adjustments required and nothing was too much of an issue - they even managed to fit us in within 2 days of giving the go-ahead and we aren't exactly local (35-40 miles away)! A particular mention for Mike, who I have dealt with from start to finish and kept me in the loop the whole time with regular callbacks regarding what wasn't exactly a straightforward issue. A1 customer service! Thanks again - I would recommend this business

Profile2000 recently supplied & fitted two large UPVC bay windows and a composite front door to my bungalow. I would like to place on record how impressed I have been with their customer service, quality of product & installation service. The windows themselves were very challenging with the variation of angle and alignment to the existing openings, but this was overcome with expertise and perseverance by the fitting crew who did an excellent job in super quick time. Would highly recommend to any future customers.

Recently we had new windows fitted and a porch door changed sides and wall built then refitted with new windows. We also got beautiful new doors plus sofits and fascia.
Overall impression is the friendly manner of the sales gentleman and all the guys and lady who did the work on the house. They cleaned up afterwards and did a great job. We had 3 different teams from the Profile and all had excellent customer service and professionalism. I would highly recommend using them and I will certainly be using when our extension planning is approved.
