I'm Emily Nash, the baker behind The Artisan Apartment. I was previously a full time chef but after under going a stem cell transplant for cancer in 2018 I have now decided to follow my true passion of bespoke cakes and bakes. If being ill has taught me anything it's to not spend time doing things that don't make you truly happy and so I created The Artisan Apartment.

I've recently got Emily to bake an 21st oreo cake, we've travelled from Glasgow to Somerset for our week away and picked the cake up,with quick and good communication with Emily. The place we had my daughter 21 st for her meal ,they said its the best birthday cake that they have seen and tasted superb, so we have recommended for you too.

I completely messed up the dates but Emily still produced an amazing skate board themed cake and gluten free cupcakes for my grandson's 9th birthday. They looked brilliant and tasted wonderful - I do not know how she did it with the time she had, especially when she was so busy. Thank you Emily, I cannot recommend you highly enough for the quality of your cakes and the creativity of your design.
