Dav's School Of Motoring offer excellent tuition services for all age ranges and levels of experience. Our mission is to ensure all our clients are safe, alert and skilful drivers after their time with us. The UK's roads are busier than ever and it is increasingly important to be safe and confident 'behind the wheel'.
Here at Dav's School Of Motoring, we have a tradition. Our experienced instructors have been teaching people to drive in North Kent, earning us a solid reputation. We work around your individual needs, tailoring a personalised lesson plan that's designed to give you the very best chance of passing your test and will help turn you into a safe and confident and alert driver.
Once you've passed your theory test, your instructor will advise on your readiness for taking the practical test. We always aim to get you through on the first attempt, so here are a few ways to maximise your chances. Take a mock Practical test - ask us about taking a mock test. The DSA (Driving Standards Agency) regularly publish the top 10 reasons why learners fail their Practical Test.
Being a good driver is about more than handling a car. You also need to know what road-signs mean, what makes for good road etiquette and how to anticipate dangers before they happen. This is why the Theory Test is designed to help you 'read the road'. It's a sad but true fact that one in five new drivers have an accident in their first year.
Dav's School of Motoring is proud to offer tuition and preparation for prospective Taxi drivers. This training is formulated by the DIA and designed to give you all the information that you need to take and pass either the DSA or DIA Taxi test. As an experienced driver you should already have the skills required to pass.

Dav didn't have any spaces so my daughter got short notice cancellations in-between lessons with me . He was really supportive of me as a parent teaching my daughter to drive and filled in any gaps in my knowledge. Always had time to talk to me and offer advice . Every time Healey came back from a lesson with Dav her confidence was over flowing . Not just a very very good driving instructor but also a top man . I can't recommend him highly enough

Past first time with only 3 minors! Dav is the best instructor I’ve had, his lesson plans for beginners is perfect with visual aids, to make it easy and simple to understand. During the lessons he takes you on multiple different routes which gets you ready for the real thing. On my test I had been to all the places already which made it so simple and calm. I recommend Dav to anyone.
