Stanley & Partners are Letting Agents who Let and Manage properties in Lewes, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and Ringmer as well as throughout Sussex since 1974. We are very selective with the tenants we place into properties. We do not sell properties but we do keep a close eye on the selling market and know through over 45 years' experience which types of property will bring you the best return on your investment. Specialist Landlord Insurance for both the Building and the Contents is required to protect your rental property and is very different for rental purposes than for your own home. Some insurers will place restrictions on the type of tenant you can have rent your property.

All items that you bring into the premises including all perishable and non perishable goods. The cost of alternative accommodation and associated costs if the property is rendered uninhabitable. The landlords' insurance may not cover this event. Tenants liability cover to ensure against damage they or their family cause to the Landlords furniture, fittings and fixtures at the premises.

A long established Lewes Letting Agents who offer a professional and high standard service. The house was on the letting market for one day and Stanley and Partners found excellent tenants. Their attention to detail to undertake the smooth process of the tenants moving in was excellent. I would recommend them if you are a landlord who wants 'peace of mind', and with changing landlord legislation, it's good to have an agency who are knowledgeable and competent in legal matters.

I am very pleased that I chose Stanley and Partners to manage my property. I am a first-time Landlord and they were extremely helpful assisting with all the little jobs getting the house ready to let. Ongoing service has been great with prompt responses to my queries and they have kept me fully informed when dealing with maintenance issues.
