Called this cab service in the afternoon to book a cab for later in the evening. Got on the phone asked me to send enquiry through the website as he was out in his car. Did so and received a confirmation however, come the arranged time for pick up no cab showed up. Repeated calls just went through to hold music in the end had to call another service to get home an hour later than intended.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I called up at lunchtime to book a taxi for 8pm in the evening and was told to fill out a form as he was driving. Fair enough,Luckily I called at 7.30 to confirm and was told no booking had been made. So unprofessional and if I hadn't called I would have been stuck to get home. Very unprofessional

My friend was pleasantly supprised after having a knock at his door on Sunday after a pretty heavy night in knutsford to find an abacus driver handing him some money that he’d dropped on his journey home! Don’t often find good honest people like this anymore! Brought a smile to my face when he told me :)
