Well-run, friendly riding stable with very knowledgeable, helpful teachers. My daughter loves riding here. She always looks forward to her lessons and time with her pony. She feels like she’s making better progress at The Wyke than at other stables she’s been to in the past.

My children came here for a day experience with the horses as we are in the area for a few days. They had a lovely time. The staff are very friendly and clearly explained what to do. The kids would love to come back here again if we are in the area again

All the instructors teach with a holistic approach, which is what I love about these riding stables. My daughter has been taught, right from the start, to think about the effect she has on her pony and what she can do to improve the pony's way of going. The ponies are well schooled and well cared for and the staff are very welcoming. I would, and often do, recommend this riding stables.

I've worked here for 23 yrs since I was 13 , I have loved every minute of it... as an instructor I feel a sense of achievement teaching people with no experience with horses to owning their own. And now a mum of 3 I would have no hesitation in getting them up to The Wyke for their lessons :-)
