Managing your tenancy agreement should be a straightforward and simple process. We have developed a guide that we hope will assist you in getting comfortable in your new home, and throughout the life of your tenancy. The following information will assist you in dealing with Mark Walsh Estates Property Management and ensure a trouble free tenancy.
All requests for repairs are to be put in writing by email or faxing the Repair Request forms provided in your Tenant Folder. It is important that you explain the best access method with any request so that the repair can be carried out quickly for you.

All repairs are attended to as promptly as possible, however, it is often necessary to obtain the Landlord's approval and/or quotes before any work can commence, so unfortunately a delay is sometimes unavoidable.If any firm arrangements that we have made regarding access for any tradespeople are not kept by you, the service charge 50.00 for calling the trades person will be automatically passed on to you for payment.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Rented through them for a couple of years and was a much better experience than I've had with other letting agents. Problems were fixed promptly and when my flat was put up for sale they moved me into one in the same building, no fuss, just in case the new owners didn't want to keep renting it out.

Just wanted to leave a review for Mark Walsh
He was the best landlord I could have asked for. If anything needed fixing (which wasn't very often) it would be done without hesitation. Everytime i saw him, he was either helping another tennant or finding ways to make the mill a better place for people to live. If I was to ever move back to Preston, the first person I would ask about properties is Mark. Thank you again for services 🙂

The property i was shown was nice and they showed up on time, but its been over a week now and not heard anything back, its evident they're deleting my number when inquiring as they keep asking my name on texts and giving me the same response that they're asking someone else for an update?
I would not recommend working with these guys, very unprofessional. I've gone with another estate agent instead and got a house instead by actual professionals.

Arrogant, rude, bullies! Not bothered about the tentens or the property! Left my house with damp and mould for months and the same carpet for 22yrs!! Absoulety discusting how they expect you to live!

I came in contact with a woman named Jemma...She asked me to send her my id and my pay slips...After she checked them...she said everything was ok and she Asked me to make refundable deposit to book my flat...which I did...also she asked for my bank statement and when she saw I have enough money in my account she asked me to pay 6 month rent up front rent..which I refused...He answered me exactly that “Why you are refused to pay...?in your bank account it seems you have the money” and when I asked for my deposit to be refund she never answered to my again...She stole my money...worst experience

When I see other reviews on this company I àm very surprised. I have had two visits from Mark Walsh Estates, each one they have been very professional. I struggle with anxiety and have à tendency to try to cancel appointments because I do not like strangers/friends/family in the flat. They have been very professional in trying to spend miminal time in the apartment. I will sày this in the first visit Mr Walsh was very honest about the state of the flat, he and his staff worked with me to improve its state with Peter, their handyman. Sometimes honesty hurts, but i do understand they are doing

This possibly has to be the WORST Estate agents I have EVER dealt with. Bad time keepers, that's if they actually show up at all !! I'm not sure where they get Thier admin staff. Poor Jemma there assumes a London Road (hypothesis) is in London. Asked me what "state" one of my properties is in 😂😂..... Sorry Jemma my property is not in a state !! Tells me after two weeks of correspondence that since my house is outwith Preston they cannot market it 😂. Ever heard of Right Move ?
Other Estate Agents I've used often have lists of potential buyers for rental property !

I have been in Preston since 2012 and this is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. When signing the contract the contract was saying the flat will be fully furnished, after signing the contract we've been waiting for 2 wardrobes for the 2 bed rooms for over 3 weeks!
If something important broke in the flat such as heating system or washing machine they keep you waiting for at leat a week or 10 days to fix it, or maybe more.
