We used Sam to plan our kitchen-diner and garage conversions. He was able to plan this and contact structural engineers as required. He advised us along the way with various options.

I wish i could write a glowing review of my experience with this company - sadly this is not the case. I used this company to apply for planning permission for decking several years ago and they were great. We decided to have a home extension and loft conversion and I came here to have plans completed - I waited and waited and there seemed to be some conflict within the business between the builder and the architect - I ended with no working plans and have had to have them all completed again at great expense - I did receive a refund but have been left with a bad experience over all the issues

Sam explained the process and necessary steps of making a planning application clearly. He was able to incorporate all the features that I requested into the loft conversion.
The design evolved during the process of planning and Sam was happy to modify the plans to accommodate the changes.

I have found Sam and the service he provides to be excellent. He is very quick to respond to messages, super helpful and came up with my plans for my 2 storey extension very quickly.
