We are a well established car & van hire company with an excellent reputation for providing reliable vehicles at competitive prices. Based in Orpington, we can provide any type of car or van, for daily, weekly or monthly hire. All our vehicles have full breakdown cover for peace of mind. European cover is also available.

We are open 7 days a week (Sundays 09.30- 13.00), so please pop in to see our range of vehicles and discuss your requirements. We try to make the whole process of hiring a car or van as simple as possible. Smart Car & Van Hire has been trading for 12 years, during which time we have developed a real understanding of what our customers need.

Brilliant service from this company, we hired a vehicle for three days for a removal and had problems with the move, that ended up taking three weeks ! smart hire was very accommodating with our needs and was a massive help

I needed large van to move some AV equipment urgently, tried a few places around the area, but no-one had anything i needed on such short notice. Their prices were fair and dispite me being panicky, they were professional, helpful and efficient. The van was clean, looked like it had been cared for and ran well. Only thing that would have made it better is maybe an optional small deposit for a set of securing straps, (only because i forgot mine)
In short....
I will definitely be keeping their number in my phone book for next time.
