Had bodywork done on our Q5: new door, bumper etc. Great service throughout - from the initial inspection and quote; keeping in touch throughout; and the pickup. And they dealt with the insurance company. Hopefully don't need to go again in the near future - but would definitely go to Parkway and would highly recommend them.

Great service. Customer service is first class and the job is done to a top factory standard and they communicate with you at every stage with the progress of your vehicle and even call you in to show you updated at every stage! A little old lady reversed into my Tesla Model 3 whilst I was away from the car - luckily she left a note - after a quick exchange, her insurance company (LV) contacted me and put me at ease - they would take care of it all. They forwarded me details to Parkway Prestige - their preferred Tesla "approved" bodyshop. I got a prompt call from the bodyshop and provided pictures etc for them to get the parts together before coming to collect my car for repair.

Was referred here by Polestar after taking delivery of my vehicle 2 days earlier. I noticed a small blemish/stain (like ghosting from bird poo after it has sat too long on the paintwork).
I think it was Brandon who I was greeted. Very pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. Initially couldn't see the affected problem due to being quite overcast so took it in the workshop where it could be seen under spotlights. A quick machine polish and buff and it seems to have done the job ! No charge for the service ! Super customer service with a smile :)

My dads car was in for an insurance job and collected on Friday, the repairs were done to a professional level. As one side of the car was repainted. The colour match was spot on and couldn’t tell the difference that certain part of the car has had a respray(which is a good thing). Parkway prestige also offered repairs for minor scratches at a super affordable cost for a professional job. I will be taking my personal car here for any repairs or body work damage as they’ve proven they provide a top notch job.
