Went in to look at bikes and was seen by Mike McNally. From the off nothing was too much trouble. Helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Had a few hiccups but all sorted without a fuss and the service was great. Had gone to buy a bike from a different branch in this franchise but service was awful so walked out and came here to spend my money instead. So glad I did, would recommend Mike and the team with no hesitation.

Worth the train ride! I went to them because they had the bike I wanted and the price was fair. I had them install a few extras and service it and they had it ready for pickup a few days after. Service was top notch and the guys were super friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. 10/10 would do business with them again.

I cannot rate my experience at Laguna motorcycles highly enough! With it being my first time buying a new bike I didn't know what to expect. Henry from Laguna made sure it was a relaxing, easy and stress free experience from the first telephone conversation to the day I picked up the bike. I was kept up to date with all the details and always made to feel very welcome. I even received a courtesy call in the week after collecting the bike to make sure everything was as it should be and if I needed any other assistance. Needles to say I shall definitely be using Laguna again in the future.

I purchased a second hand Triumph Street Twin from Laguna bikes in October. I had seen the bike online and Mark at Laguna sold the bike to me and I was able to drive it away on the same day. He assisted me with road tax and insurance and his handover of the bike was good and informative. The bike was only 4 months old, but after the bike warmed up an hour after purchasing it, it unfortunately developed a technical fault and kept cutting out. I contacted Mark and because it was a distance away they arranged to pick up the bike and researched the fault with Triumph (a defective coil and air leak

Laguna's carrier let them down rather badly, but when I informed them of the situation they responded very quickly and had my ordered item out to me a great deal sooner than I expected.
