NHS Care Report

Through our partnerships with Regional Area Teams, we provide dental care and oral health advice that are necessary to keep your mouth, teeth and gums healthy. We aim to provide preventative dentistry to help you avoid extensive dental treatments. The NHS tells us how we must charge you for NHS dental services and the amount you pay depends on the treatments you need.

Referral Process Report

We welcome referrals for your patients who may need additional complex treatments that can be provided by one of our Specialists or dentists with additional skills so that they can have the best possible care for treatments planned by you.

Treatments may range from a root filling or extraction of a tooth to more complex implant placement and restoration, but whatever their treatment plan entails you can be assured that you patient will have the best possible care and we will communicate their patient journey with you throughout.

Dentist was great last year when I had an emergency and I cannot fault him, however the receptionist lets this practice down. She is rude and disinterested.

Used to be good, but has become increasingly worse. I just spent 15 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, and when they did, I was immediately hung up on. Please don't support this place, waning standards shouldn't be rewarded.

Visited over a month ago, Absolutely Terrible place, very Dirty and dated, floors look very grubby and the paintwork could do with freshening up..
Practice Always cancel Your appointments without a reason and then You have to wait months for another appointment. The Ladies who work in reception are very rude and frankly they shouldn't be placed in customer/patient facing role as they have no idea how to treat people with respect, The girl with the long blonde hair and glasses especially! she is very rude and her attitude is disgusting! She spoke to me like a piece of dirt, Then we have a girl

The staff are rude and the dental care is not great. The last time I went I was not even given a general clean. It's cheaper than private care, but I am sceptical about the service.

Always found this to be a good practice. Today was the first time I needed any form of work done. A wisdom tooth extraction, the new dentist Donna is brilliant. Not only great at her job but is an all round nice, decent lady who seems to care for your welfare.

Had a white filling today from a new dentist downstairs .i am very happy with the result.
