Steer well clear. This company has absolutely no after care service. I have messaged and called and keep getting ignored. I have a few defects on the meat counters I ordered and these were reported immediately and I have still not got any response. We opened the butchery this weekend only to find that the mincer does not work very well. On setting 1 it barely minces and on setting 2 it goes in reverse. Absolutely no response or effort to rectify this issue. They may have good prices but you would be much better off paying slightly more and getting after care service especially if its business critical

Used this company many times, top end, fully professional , always willing to pick up the phone. Cheap and quality is high end .

Not fake! I bought a fridge from you which does not work, I ring you daily to come to fix it, nobody is coming! So where's a warranty for 12 months if I need

Cheapest for a reason, aftercare is non existent if you have an issue your on your own. The warranty isn't worth the paper its written on, they wont honour it. Would definitely avoid.

TERRIBLE! Very poor service. The quality is very poor. Paid for the full furnishing of the store, but missing the shelves and other parts, I asked to send the missing parts - ignores. The fridge and freezer have no warranty, no information and I received a different one than I bought. I do not recommend! Avoid!
Really? So why nobody is coming to fix your rubbish fridge?! Bought brand new and it's not working!

This is probably the worst company I have come across. Received a freezer without gas, they came top it up a week after every 2 months they come top it up so there's obviously a leak. They never pickup their mobile phones and everyone who works at the shop don't speak English so they can never help. This is the worst company ever. If you are buying from here don't buy big expensive equipment

It is a well-established company with a wide range of products. It is the best company you can choose in the UK to create a new shop or renovate your shop.
My 3.75 and 2.5 meter fridges were out of order, so I called this company to ask if they could fix it. Customer relations were very successful, they sold a new refrigerator at a very nice discount at the price.
On top of that, they recreated the interior design of my shop at a very affordable price.
