The driver picked up my daughter safely from home and dropped off in Farnham school with video calls to showing me she is going walking and very safe at school.

The driver was lovely and considerate and the guy on the phone was friendly and quite helpful too. My only issue is I tried to book at 4pm for the next morning and there was a lot of faff about prepaying (fair) but then I was finally told not to bother at 9pm. It was very stressful to wait over 5 hours to know I had a taxi booked. I'm sure they are normally excellent but maybe avoid early morning bookings.

Excellent service from Dinez and I’ll definitely be using them again. The price was really competitive and the service exceeded what I expected. The Dinez team make the customer feel at ease with confirmation email and texts. The driver was also very punctual and we arrived at the airport ahead of time. Recommended!
