The storage isnt great, staff fare but not very helpful but the back office accountancy is terrible, they promised to inform me when I needed to pay them again and to give me two months notice I asked so many times while I was paying in a big chucks at a time and they couldn’t do a simple answer, then after months and months went by I get this huge bill, so I asked them to send me a detailed bill over and over again. Finally a bill turned up and they were still charging me for storage I hadn’t been using for over 3 months plus. I agreed a payment plan with them and this still wasn’t good

TOP CLASS LADS!! Such good service and so cheap compared to other storage companies I couldn't believe it, have recommended this company to everyone!! They don't charge extortionate prices after four weeks either and they were so helpful and such a great bunch of guys, they even helped me collect some of the heavy furniture when I moved. Secure and local as I live in Taverham, would not hesitate to recommend them!!!!
