Bad experience with this company. Incapable of fulfilling an order correctly. Then having the cheek to blame us for not contacting them when we had confirmation of the order, which we noticed was wrong. Tried to phone on several occasions, but no one answers the phone. When the order arrived it was wrong. We e-mailed and the response we was… got that they intended sending the same wrong order to us a second time. We e-mailed asking them to read our first e-mail, so that we didn’t get a repeat wrong order. When we eventually managed to get through on the phone, the person who answered

We have bought lots of books from Vicarious Books and find them invaluable. The Acsi Books are fantastic as you can stay on excellent campsites for a fraction of the price. The Board atlas and French and Spanish airs are also brilliant.
