Services
We have been established in the Yarm area for over 20 and have a fantastic reputation locally with good links to local GPs and consultants. Our Team is made up of two Osteopaths, and a Sports Therapist. At Tees Valley Osteopaths our aim is to work with you to ensure your health allows you to lead the life you want.
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It works with the structure and function of the body, and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together.
You don't have to be an elite athlete to benefit from Sports Therapy, it is for everyone from office workers, gym goers to competitive athletes. Whether an eldery person rolls their ankle when walking or a rugby player rolls their ankle during a game it's likely that both will have injured their ankle ligaments to some degree.
If you would rather speak to someone about your appointment, please feel free to call us on 01642 903662 and our helpful team will be glad to assist you. Alternative you can contact us via email or our contact form and we'll get back to you with more information about available appointments as soon as we can.
Inspired to train as an osteopath after receiving excellent treatment for my own physical problems sustained when rowing as a youngster, I try not to think how many years ago that was now. I believe the osteopathic treatment enabled me to regain most of my physical ability to compete in sport. It was this experience that helped motivate me to complete the rigorous training programme to be an osteopath at Oxford Brookes University.
