All out of stock products can be purchased by phone (01983) 863546, all we need is the items SKU number when calling. Shanklin Pet Stores has been open since 1965, making it one of the oldest Pet Stores on the Isle of Wight, and is still going strong.
A family run business, the father and sons took the store over in 1998 to provide top of the range and fresh products at a respectable price, with the shop now on the second generation with Aaron since 2015.Shanklin Pet Stores also recently launched its new pet food in 2017 - Ken Wight's Grain Free Pet Food.

Our family (now including two old German Shepherd females and two Swiss White Shepherds, one male adult and one female puppy) spend half the year in Norway and the rest on The Island. NEVER in my 72 years as a dog owner have I experienced a friendlier and more service minded pet shop! Andy and Aron have even imported VOM from Norway, the very best feed any dog of any breed can get! VOM is sold frozen in ½ kg "sausages", and dogs absolutely love it. TRY IT!! Your dog will be SO pleased!

Very disappointed and amazed. I have found The Isle of Wight and Shanklin to be very very dog friendly . But of all places is this pet shop- no dogs allowed! Amazed.! Dog
hooks outside. Shop workers are anxious about dog owners not monitoring their dogs behaviours whilst in the shop. But it is OK to tie dogs up outside with the risk of harm coming to them. Amazed!
