Our magnificent barns and enchanting country gardens are the perfect setting for any wedding. The ambience inside is truly unique with expansive rooms decorated with antique vaulted beams. Outside the charming courtyard and gardens provide delightful entertaining spaces. The colourful flowers, stunning views, and the chance to hold your ceremony under our wedding arch, make summer weddings something special.
Winters Barns is just on the southern outskirts of Canterbury and is surrounded by open fields and beautiful views, yet close to the many hotels and facilities of Canterbury. From booking you have access to our team to help plan and schedule your wedding. We offer unlimited phone and email support, co-ordinating site visits, menu and wine tastings and provide a dedicated team of wedding co-ordinators to be your personal assistants on the day.
When your day is over and have waved goodbye to your friends and family, you can unwind and take your time leaving the venue. The newlyweds stroll over to their cottage on the estate. Others can either stay in our on-site accommodation of the Hop Picking Huts and The Farmhouse or take a short five-minute cab ride to the many Canterbury hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs.

Beautiful location for the perfect wedding. The venue itself is rustic and spacious but still feel close to all of your guests. The barns are decorated beautifully, we had to buy hardly any to decorate the venue and they now have rooms available for some of your guests to stay in. The staff were amazing, they made our experience planning the wedding as smooth and as stress free as possible. Even with covid, they accommodated the change of date and the stress of constantly changing guest numbers. They went above and beyond on the day of our wedding. We can't thank them enough.

We loved our wedding here! We got married 4 weeks ago. Everything was perfect and Sophie was amazingly helpful leading up to the day with ideas or suggestions for anything we might not have thought of. She was with us the entire day making sure I was ok and if there was anything we needed taken care of so I would have as little stress as possible. The venue itself is beautiful and was the perfect location for our lord of the rings theme wedding. The package deal was great so that we didn't need to worry about finding caterers or a DJ. The food tasted great and was enjoyed by all of our guests,

My Husband surprised me for our 10 year wedding anniversary at Winter's Barns. It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since we had the most amazing wedding day here, and it was so lovely to reminisce. The staff are still as attentive now as they were then, our breakfast provided by the same caterer we had on our wedding day, Scott Anderson did us a beautiful breakfast too. Gorgeous setting...we highly recommend.

This superb wedding venue was magnificent in providing a perfect wedding day for my lovely daughter Karen and husband Matthew. All facilities and staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff moved like clockwork providing the meal and throughout the whole day. The group gave excellent music and made the day even more enjoyable. Ten out of ten all round.
