We are open for more than 12 hours a day, everyday, if you want to come and do your own washing and drying. If you haven't got the access, time or inclination to use the self-service option we can usually return service washes in less than 24 hours.

Been going here for years, Owners are very pleasant and helpful, and always say hi when I walk in. They're always calm and polite with the odd "interesting" customer that any establishment will have. The machines are relatively new, and there are some which automatically add detergent for a little extra per load, so I often don't bother taking soap. Really pleased it is just around the corner from me.

This launderette doesn’t actually make clothes fresh. (Not heavily soiled clothes, just regular routine washes) I put it in for a cold wash with TWO detergent pods and my clothes come out still smelling like they did when I put them in, not fresh like you’d expect after a wash. I’m not exaggerating. Its really frustrating. The dryers require a minimum of 3 cycles until every item is actually dry. I usually have to come home and hang out a few items so they dry fully otherwise I’d have to spend far too long waiting at the launderette.

Launderette is clean and machines are new but it's too far expensive!

Reply to owner: what about the £7 for 18kg and £1 for only 10 minutes of tumble dryer? Probably it's just exploiting people that cannot afford a larger accommodation where to fit a washing machine. But this is capitalism I guess. Good luck with the business.

Without a doubt the worst laundrette ever. The washing machines do not leave clothes smelling fresh even when I have used extra detergent, the wash is not long enough for the price you pay and probably contributes to the wash not being as effective. The tumble dryer is just a joke as after 30 minutes my clothes are still wet. Absolutely diabolical

Sadly the service wash is less than professional. I took two large items in, one white and one coloured. They were washed together with the result that the white one came out discoloured. I complained but was told I should have asked to have them washed separately. I had assumed this was a given. Customer service - the attitude that the customer is always right and everything will be done to resolve issues - is not at the heart of the company culture here.
