I have used Westpine for the past 7 years until I recently sold my rental property. My experience of Westpine has been entirely positive and I've been really impressed with how knowledgeable, helpful and approachable Stuart and Michelle have been. The property has been managed very smoothly with great communication. I have always received a prompt response to any queries or issues raised and it genuinely feels like nothing is too much trouble. The fees are also very competitive.

Let me put it out there, as someone who has rented properties for the best part of 10 year I can safely say "I'm not a fan of lettings agencies" - I was fully expectant to feel the same way during a recent 8 month tenancy with Westpine however I can honestly say they have been absolutely fantastic and have flipped my opinion. Stu, lynne and Michelle are an absolute credit to their profession.

Hands down the absolute worst estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I think being dishonest in this day and age where exposure is as easy as a Google review is a very unintelligent way to behave. I can only think the few meagre good reviews are these two Del boy and girl writing under fake pseudonyms themselves. If you want to be conned, visit this lettings agency in Horwich.
