Job for you CAT LOVERS was to have a purchased cat flap fitted in glass pane. It can be done by this super company, but you do have to have a new pane of glass first cut, then toughened, then fitted by them. The measuring is crucial. They are at the mercy of a supplier to prep the glass for them to fit which is the norm.
Prompt efficient friendly professional service with very competitive price. Would happily use again if needed. Big Thank from us and CAT.

I called this company because they seemed like a family owned reliable company. A guy came to my house and checked two windows that needed replacing. They didnt get back to me for a quote and I was constantly chasing them. When I called the guy he was extremely rude told me not to call back and he wasnt interesed in the work becuase it was too much hassle for them. He was very rude. They are only interesed in easy jobs and will take your money.
As a family business they should endevour to advise and help out being in the professional trade industry. Very poor customer service. Avoid and go else

My initial experience was positive being that Sedgley Glass came to my property on an emergency to replace a small cloakroom broken window and their quote was reasonable. But upon the window being replaced there were noticeable defects with the glass itself.
When I notified Sedgley Glass about this, with some resistance & multiple chaser phone calls they addressed the replacement glass. But the replacement also had a manufacturing defect (i.e. small scratch - see picture attached) which is still yet to be addressed 5 months pending.
