Perfectly situated in the beautiful village of Deganwy, just across the water from the walled town of Conwy with World Heritage medieval Castle. Being part of the Deganwy Beach development provides a quiet location with uninterrupted views just a few minutes walk onto the beach.
The Basement is a newly refurbished, modern holiday let that has recently been renovated to a very high standard in the heart of Llandudno, the largest seaside resort in Wales. The high spec kitchen, with quartz worktop is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday.
We are a small, friendly left luggage storage facility based on Madoc Street in Llandudno. Leave your luggage with us in our convenient, secure facilities only a short walk from Llandudno Railway Station. The office is located across the road from The Albert pub and only a short walk from the Tourist Information Centre in the Victoria Shopping Centre.
Our home on wheels is an Auto-Trail Tracker 726 model, it can comfortably sleep up to 6 people with 4 seat belts for safer travelling. This model has been expertly designed with family living in mind for those that love to travel with freedom and want to be able to relax in total comfort when parked up.

Conwy Property Management Motor Home Hire.
Just arrived home from a fantastic week in Richie and Ellen's Motor Home. I can't express enough how much we enjoyed every minute. The Motor Home was perfect. Extremely clean, lots of space and great to drive. I was surprised at how quickly it felt like home. Both Richie and Ellen are very professional, it all ran smoothly from start to finish and considering we were Motor home novices there were not any problems. We have definitely got the Camping bug now and will be hiring out the Motor Home again.

Motor home hire
I recently used the motor home belonging to Conwy Property Management. Upon arrival it was spotlessly clean, there was a fully stocked supply of food which was unexpected. The kitchen facilities were basically the same as my own house, fridge freezer, gas cooker and oven and a good microwave that was like new.
Toilet and show facilities were very good.
The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. The short time that we had the vehicle we never got round to using all the facilities available but I would thoroughly recommend the motor home hire from Conwy
