Bought an awning from here, fabulous customer service Roz and two young chaps (sorry I forgot your names) but they packaged up our ex-display awning after we agreed a very good price, so thank you.
Sadly my husband went today to pick something up but the older gentleman there was very dismissive, even rude! Luckily one of the young men from our first visit turned up so normal wonderful service resumed

Recently purchased a 2011 Bailey Milan Caravan from Burton Caravan Sales Ltd, our first ever family Caravan.
Having read some of the other reviews, I was a little nervous purchasing from here.
However always judge a company on how they react.
The jockey wheel failed on us on our first trip away, and then again when we got home, the team at Burton jumped in there van and came around to our house and kindly fitted a new jockey wheel, tested and left it working.
I can not recommend Burton Caravan enough the way they responded and helped is the exact reason we purchased locally.

Booked our Motorhome in for some internal works, fixing the toilet, an issue with the engine fan and to have a external clean. At time of booking were told if we book a habitation check the clean would be included so agreed to the additional habitation check. We were told there was a 2 week wait but we could drop it off and they'd try and do it sooner if possible.
They kept it for 2 weeks. When we contacted them, they'd forgotten it was even there and couldn't even find the van on their lot. We asked to come and and take it back. On arrival they charged my partner £185 for an alleged check which

I bought a 1996 Autosleeper Symphony at the beginning of July from Burton Leisure. Dave, Chris, Fred and Steve have been a joy to deal with. I had a few teething problems with a battery that kept going flat which turned out to be a wiring issue. The team were amazing, answering all my calls with good humour and all the issues were sorted out. I can't praise the team enough for going over how to get the best out of my van (aka Peggy Sue) and I have now been living in her for the best part of 2 months. Thank you team. I am enjoying my travels in the UK and look forward to many more years of enjoyment
