Purchased a lawnmower 2 years ago, so out of warranty. Was purchased as a 3 in 1.
No mulch plug and told there wouldn't be one!! Their supplier hadn't made one!!

After searching the internet for a new lawnmower blade without success, I called UKHS at 3pm and spoke to BETH in their Customer Service Dept. She advised me that she was relatively new and would have to check with their Stores Manager to see if it was still an item they stock because my lawnmower was 5 years old. Beth said she would call me back in a few minutes (I've heard that before!!!), but 4 minutes later she called back to advise me that the correct blade was found and was available to order. I duly placed the order with Beth who advised me that it would be a 3 -5 day delivery. I explained

My father purchased an “ex demo” lawnmower a couple of months ago. When it arrived it was obvious that it had been used and still dirty with grass clippings and what I can only describe as dog mess still stuck to the mower!!! We were disgusted to say the least. The mower was sent back immediately dog mess and all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.

Excellent service.
Fox 40V lawn mower suddenly stopped working, despite batteries being fully charged. Rang company who understandably asked me to try reseating batteries and isolation switch. When told still not working, immediately arranged collection (which would have been next day if we had been available). Collected Monday 7th June, replacement delivered 11th June.
Will definitely use this company again.

Would be great if you could sort out the faulty lawnmower you have sold my dad . New spark plug , new carburettor , finally collected then returned yesterday ....and still it doesn’t work. Instead of fobbing off my elderly father how about some good customer service and provide fit for purpose, satisfactory goods ! Look forward to the situation being resolved .

Never trust this company I bought air compressor from eBay Wolf 90L and electric motor death I have to work with out air compressor and I waiting over months for any help from them I called and he said we don't read eBay messages🙈 but selling😂. I emailed them and responded 3 times I had had enough. I bought new electric motor for £120 and replaced I needed my air compressor and I emailed to this company please send me refund for this motor responded very quick (your warranty is now void)

Where to start. If you want a cheap tool with good after sales DONT buy from these crooks. Spend a little more and go to machine mart. Everything they stock is imported straight from China. It’s cheap nasty and WILL break if not the first time you use it but the second or third. Do not buy anything described as EX DEMO. These are items that have been returned faulty or useless not that have been demonstrated or unused.

Have bought tools from them for several years and no problems. Recently though bought an ex demo 59mm saw to replace one my daughter messed up. Unfortunately it was faulty. However their superb customer service swung into action and they arranged for it to be collected promptly. After testing it was indeed found to be defective. They replaced it with a better one which I am very pleased with..So I can say from practical experience you can buy with confidence. Good quality mid range tools backed up by superb customer service.

Normally I don't leave reviews and I'd seen a lot of negative so I thought I'd share my experience.
I bought a 150L Compressor, after 26 days and in real time use about 3 hours in total it suddenly kept blowing the fuse. Contacted the help desk as it says on the unit itself it can be used with plug and 13a fuse.
Oliver was helpful and explained these like running of 15a mains but could see my argument. They collected no problem and I was advised it would need to be inspected to see if I was at fault or the unit itself.
2 days later Elaine advised a refund had been issued.

Took my G Whizz hedge trimmer and multi kit in, that I bought from them in 2017, as not working. Took it in Thurs afternoon, had a call an hour later to tell me the problem and the cost. I confirmed I wanted it fixing and it was ready to pick up the next day. Didn't pick it up until today but it was ready and waiting when I got there. Fast prompt service and at a good reasonable price. Never had any problems with the friendly staff here and they offer a good after sales service, if you happen to have any problems with goods

NEVER BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY Absolutely AWFUL service... the employees are hopeless the manager tries to pull the wool over your eyes each time. Generator ran for 30 mins before first problem got sent an old spare had to change it myself. ran for all of a few mins before second problem arose, sent it away arrived back (after taking a day off work for it to be collected then again for return) with exactly the same problem then got sent a new Carburetor to fit myself 🤣 and no surprise it DOES NOT WORK 👏

Zero stars really the most useless company you'll ever come across bunch of cowbous when it comes to warranty repairs trust me everything is labeled as wear and tear then when you agree to pay for the part that should be covered by warranty they are unable to get it labelling the machine absolutely useless. Bunch of picks next time I'm down that way I'm calling in to have a word with the useless picks.

The first time I used this company was Lat year when I ordered some spares for an air compressor of a different make (that company has now ceased trading) and having looked at the UKHS web site their compressors looked the same so I took a chance and ordered the spares kit that was recommended and hey presto the parts fitted exactly and my compressor is back up and running. I have since ordered several other items and all have been delivered promptly and in good ordered. One large item was ordered at 1400hrs one day and was delivered by 1600hrs the next day. Great service
