Based in Suffolk, we offer various therapies based around the principle that everyone is unique and deserves full one-to-one attention and support to achieve their full health potential. It is an annual event, intended to be a celebration of sleep and a call to action on important issues related to sleep, including medicine, education, social aspects and driving.
It is organised by the World Sleep Day Committee of World Sleep Society (founded by WASM and WSF) and aims to lessen the burden of sleep problems on society through better prevention and management of sleep disorders. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the USA estimates that 35% of adults don't get enough sleep (7 hours per day).

Services
As a partnership we believe that holistic therapies need not just be seen as a special treat or an indulgence. They can be extremely beneficial for your general sense of well-being as well as helping to ease any specific ailments you may have. Our therapies can help balance the physical and spiritual elements of your self, helping you to deal with the stresses and strains of daily life much better.
Our complementary therapy practice is a barn conversion unit at Old Hall Barns, located between the villages of Pakenham and Ixworth, just north-east of Bury St Edmunds. At this beautiful and tranquil rustic setting, we can provide all our services including Bowen Technique Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Seated Acupressure Massage and Nutritional weight management.
You are likely to find us at various Markets, Fetes and Fairs throughout the year, e.g. the Ixworth Fete, Elmswell Autumn Fair, and Nowton Park County Fair. We are regulars at Woolpit Steam Rally, held on the June Bank Holiday weekend every year - visit http://www.woolpit-steam.org.uk for details. Well beans are happy to consider bringing taster sessions to charity and fund raising events.
For some people, their symptoms may worsen for a day or two after treatment - this is the result of the stimulating effects of treatment and will be temporary - it just shows that the body is in the process of healing itself. Drink plenty of water to help eliminate toxins. It is important to feel comfortable when having treatments, loose fitting clothes ideal.

I have been going to Well Beans for several years now to treat migraine. I used to suffer on a regular basis, almost weekly, and nothing helped. Bowen has changed that completely and I cannot recommend Jacky & Janette highly enough. My husband has has treatment for chronic knee pain and that has also been successful. Out of town location with free parking is ideal.
