Chiropractic is a primary health-care profession that specialises in the diagnosis, treatment and overall management of conditions that are due to problems with the joints, ligaments, tendons and nerves, especially related to the spine. We want to make your experience at Fishguard Chiropractic Clinic as pleasant and informative as possible. When you come in you will be asked to fill in some necessary forms in reception. An in-depth history of the events surrounding the symptoms you may have is key to an accurate diagnosis. You will also be asked about lifestyle and previous medical history.
A treatment can include deep tissue massage, stretching and post treatment advice including exercises to perform at home. Remedial Massage Therapy is a deep tissue massage designed to aid the body in recovering from strains, sprains and general muscular-skeletal complaints and it works well alongside Chiropractic treatment.
