We have an unusual breed of dog that requires a specific sort of cut. I was delighted that the team had researched the cut required for a lagotto romagnolo and when we picked our puppy up, not only did he smell gorgeous, but his coat was curly and his face cut just right. I’m really happy with the attention and kindness given to our dog and I’m happy to recommend.

Really friendly service and made to feel very welcome, both my dogs attended for a bath, claw clip, ear clean and deshed. They were very nervous but the ladies took brilliant care of them them. They smell absolutely beautiful and as a little extra they both came out sporting a lovely bow. Will definitely be using them again , very professional and caring.

What an incredible team of thoroughly professional, caring, loving people ! Every member of staff is obviously totally passionate about their work - they are an absolute pleasure to meet, always as helpful as possible and sincerely kind hearted.... Several times the staff have put themselves out (eg once staying behind after closing time to do my whippets nails) and again yesterday, fitting me in straight after my phone call, so my whippet could have his nails done in advance of possible closure due to covid....this review might sound a bit "ott", but it's a fact that the staff here are among the
