Set in ten acres of beautiful countryside these contemporary single-storey holiday cottages enjoy a central glass atrium, providing an internal patio area. Children and adults alike can enjoy the owners' collection of farmyard animals including goats, pigs, sheep, ponies, donkeys, rabbits and poultry.
Open plan living room and kitchen with patio doors leading onto a courtyard garden with patio area and bbq. A double freestanding slipper bath for you to relax in whilst sipping a glass of champagne!. For our brides - a beauty room to prepare and dress for your special day with your bridesmaids and ensemble before walking down the pretty steps to our wedding Atrium barn to be married!
We are just a 15-minute drive from Hull and Beverley, Our Barn seats up to 200 people, hire comes fully furnished with tables and chairs, Dance floor and Bar, and a lovely cozy snug area for your guests to enjoy the atmosphere of the day.
We also have on site four 4 star rated holiday cottages sleeping up to 18 people, but no fear if you have more guests we also have a caravan site and tent field on site for any extra guests that would like to have a weekend of celebrations from BBQs the night before to a game of footy by the lake, we cater for it all and will help you and your guests have a wonderful weekend.

Was lucky to been invited to a nephews wedding over the weekend what a great couple of days. Everything was just perfect from the barn wedding to the farm setting this has got to be the way forward in functions .as for the hosts what a great job they have done credit to all thank to my family great great time ..x

Brilliant great venue, very friendly helpful staff. Love the donkeys and goats. The barn cottage roomy and very clean. Well furnished. Large barn bar and function barn tastefully refurbished with dance floor and rest area with leather sofa's and rustic fireplace. Recommended also has fishing lake and camping field.
