£30 for an estimate and if you turn up without an appointment, due to COVID you are turned away? How bizarre.
All other businesses are open as normal as what difference does a telephone call beforehand make, does is somehow prevent COVID? Guidance doesn’t say anywhere that customers should be prevented from entering a business, that was two years ago!
Immediately afterwards I walked into several other business, including a main car dealership, and they were only too delighted to have a new customer walk in. I can only assume that Brooklands doesn’t like new customers and I will gladly take

I was told to come here by my insurance company. I was reading the reviews before hand and i can honestly say they are true, Paula at the front desk was very rude and dismissive, she isn't the greatest person to see when you first walk into the company, my car had some damage to the drivers side front, from the bumper to the drivers door, the communication was very poor, i had to call in for my updates and all I got was short descriptions of what happening, the repair was taking a very long time and each time I called they kept saying it was waiting to go into paint or it failed "quality control

First class service , very lovely lady on the front counter, very helpful.
Old transit with body damage. Came out looking like a new van . Emails , texts almost daily showing the progress .insurance claim so I can't vouch on the prices ,but definitely a really good experience all round .
Plenty of parking , good access easy to find, great to deal with.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality
We just had a dent repaired in our rear door for a white Tesla, and we are blown away with the level of service provided, and also the communication from the body centre too. We were kept up to date throughout the repair, and can't recommend their services enough, very happy customer

Seemed professional from the start until i went to pick my car up after being repaired.
Took the car here on advice that its an Approved BMW Body shop Repair Centre... Really!!!
Ok so here goes when car was ready to complete:
1. Upon pick up there was overspray on the door 2parts of which i was accused of!
2. Said that because the bumper was old (2015 BMW) it would have blotches over it and that's why the paint is peeling!! Brooklands chose to repair the bumper instead of replacing it .
3. The headlight was not repaired
4. The body shop manager (use manager loosely here) is so rude and obnoxious

I’m not usually the kind of person to write bad reviews but I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Brooklands, in every possible aspect. A few months ago I booked my car in for painting my front bumper; I was never told how long it would take, but I kept ringing everyday and they kept telling me different things and never stuck to the dates given after I brought my car in.
