It’s started so well with Charlotte, she gave a lengthy pitch and felt really engaged in our new holiday business. We paid for a complete start up communications strategy and adverts and were really dissatisfied with the end result.
The report was full of typos, contained copy and paste recommendations from another company and included completely irrelevant suggestions for our budget (like tv advertising).
The adverts themselves were so poorly produced that we ended up abandoning them altogether and did it ourselves. Eg. We were selling mountain holidays and her adverts contained imagery of
