From start to finish Air Con Scotland have been great to deal with. They have installed 2 air source heat pumps into a community hall and provided excellent service and advice without a hard sales pitch. The installers were great and got on with the job without any issues. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you.

Contacted Aircon Scotland by email, they responded very quickly and offered advice and support. Costs were clearly highlighted up front, so no surprises there. Engineer arrived promptly, was very smart in appearance, wore a face mask and was mindful of social distancing. The work was carried out in a professional manner and the service was very efficiently. Very friendly service and would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I tried to get these guys to come out and look at an air conditioner that I thought wasn't blowing cold enough. I sent an email request through and was told in a reply because the previous owner of the business I now own didn't take an air conditioner from the a year ago that they couldn't help because I should have listened to them in the first place. I emailed back and explained I was the new owner and there was no aircon in the premesis when I took over and the reply was sorry can't help because of previous commitments. If customer service is this horrible just trying to enquire about an aircon
