Booked and let down a day before. After talking to other limo companies this seems to be the norm with this company. Takes deposit and trys to find a company who will do the job.

Arrived at wrong address making bride 30 minutes late no time to have photos taken

Written on behalf of a friend and co-worker. Was let down on short notice that a limousine was not going to be available for her daughters wedding. The first of her children to get married and was told they would have a Minibus instead for £195 less. They felt they had no choice and kept the booking. With only an hour notice before the ceremony they felt embarrassed to arrive in a Minibus but had the get there. Talking to the company about it and getting no positive response has prompted her to make her first ever complaint/ bad review.

Disgusting Service. AVOID!!! Ordered a limo for my wedding day, the guy nearly took me to a complete different location if it wasn't for me checking. Not only that the car was rusted with the tint peeling off. TERRIBLE. Rang up to complain and all I was told was 'I don't know what to say' no Compensation just told I'd have a discount when using them again. Anyone in there right mind wouldn't use them again after what I experienced. APAULING SERVICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We had been let down by another company at short notice and paul at Essex limo hire saved the day. He worked tirelessly to find enough cars to accommodate the 65 children for their last day of school thank you so much for all your help.

Used this company for the first time this year, as a group of us girls had arranged to attend Ladies day races and the Limousine Bureau made the experience even better. Firstly the limo we had booked arrived on time, I received a call from the driver to say he had arrived and he waited patiently whilst us girls flustered around sorting final hair and makeup touches! We were then greeted by David our driver with glasses of prosecco and he happily took photos for us, the limo was clean inside and the exterior of the vehicle was well maintained, was surprised to see the limo was filled inside with
