Scotwaste (Recycling) Limited are a local waste recovery facility based at the Pond Industrial Estate, off Whitburn Road, Bathgate. We are looking to submit a planning application that improves the sites infrastructure and processing capacity at the site. The development will lift processing capacity, create job opportunities and improve environmental controls at the site.

Booked online during the weekend for delivery on the Monday. Got email saying that the online booking doesn’t link up with their internal diary so skip moved to the Wednesday. Email on Wednesday saying skip will be delivered Friday morning. I called Friday morning as no skip delivered and it’s put back to next week with no communication. If I didn’t call, I wouldn’t know. Let’s just see if the skip does get delivered. Meanwhile this company are sitting with my money.

No problems with the company, just the map directions which took me to a totally unrelated industrial estate 2 miles away. Not the first person to have this difficulty according to the helpful people who directed me to the correct site

Horrible people to deal with, having used them for my business for the past 2 years, it has been nothing but frustrating . The people working in the office should not be allowed to speak to people as they are very rude and never do the job ( even though they say its done ) . AVOID!! the only saving grace is the men who pick up the waste who are really nice.

We ordered a skip for a week to tidy our home after refurbishment. We got a phonecall where customer representative mentioned it will be delayed for a week. We were ok with it. It was just before the Easter so never bothered too much.
We got the skip on Monday and it suppose to be collected the following Monday.
Our neighbour (80 years old lady) allowed us to keep the skip in her garden. But she also ordered a skip for her waste for Wednesday, a few days after our should be collected.
When Monday arrived I called the office and I was guaranteed that skip will be collected on that day... I got

This company is a big joke! I ordered a skip for a week. It arrived 3 days after the scheduled date. After all there is lots of problems with collection. My skip should be collected on Monday. It's Wednesday already and everyday the company says: "Our driver will collect the skip today". They don't even deserve a star, but there was no option to rate this company without a star.

I don't understand the downvotes.
I've been using Scotwaste for years and never had an issue. You phone up, book a drop-off or pick-up. Skip arrives when it should, removed when arranged for.
Drivers are always helpful and polite, what more do you want?

I've been using Scotwaste for business waste for a number of years now and have never had an issue. Boys in the lorry are bright and cheery and are here every fortnight without fail. Calls are always answered at the call centre and any additional collections are arranged without drama.
