Brilliant! From the outset Karl's communication was superb; Karl explained the options available and their functionality; he gently steered (certainly not 'pushed') us towards Ajax.
We have had a number of alarms in the past and knew roughly what we wanted ... and what to avoid! The Ajax system fitted our requirements superbly and Karl gave us a date he could get the parts and install it.
Installation and set-up was both swift and Karl left no mess behind. Karl came back to run us through the system and ensure we were happy.
A thoroughly professional service, very highly recommended.

We recently had a full alarm system and CCTV system installed by Karl. He was brilliant. Fast to respond to our enquires and came out quickly to get the job done as we were on a tight schedule.
Everything was explained in his quote and he gave us different options to choose from. When he came to install he explained the systems clearly to us so we had no problems using them. Very grateful and cannot recommend him enough!

I have just had four cameras installed outside my property by KR Security and I am delighted with the work carried out by Karl. He came to give us a quote explained everything about the cameras and the use of recorder and monitor, it was obvious from the start he was well capable in his field.
