ISmash claim to be the "UK's Leading Tech Repair Specialist", but it doesn't even appear that they can get their own name right. A more appropriate name for the business would be iScam.
I purchased a screen protector from iSmash in July 2020, I thought the pricing was very reasonable as the pricing started at just £20. I was told about their "Screen Protector for Life" scheme, where if you pay an extra £10 it insures your screen protector to cover for unlimited claims of accidental damage, however, they refused to honour this policy.

Disgusting custoner service please do not bother with them. After calling several times to check that they had the correct part for my phone to be fixed. (Confirmed with them teice on phone) then once face to face. Theb to be told will take an hour. Returned to the shop after the hour to be told sorry we do not fix your model of phone. They then cone up with the poor exscuse if sorry i didnt hear you. What a load of rubbish. Sent a official complaint still no acknowledgment of it yet.

Online shows lots of slots available over the next 24 hrs. When I turned up as a walk-in an hour later I was told parts not available (reserved for another customer) and I could book my phone in but it would be several days (into next week) and they'd call me when ready. Despite this slots still appear online with commitment to fix for collection by end of that slot (for slots next day to today(. So either the store-person is lying or the online booking system is not credible...

Very poor customer service. I had a screen repair booked in and prepaid today. Was told to be home between 8.30am and 12.30 so they could pick it up. No email, no phone call and not answering their customer service line after being on hold 1 hour. How hard is it to keep your clients updated if you have a problem???

Horrible service!
I purchased a screen protection glass from them on November 18th 2019. The girl in store put it on for me. Just FYI: I paid £20.
Three weeks later I've notices air bubbles underneath the protection glass.
Didn't keep my paper receipt (do people REALLY expect me to keep them in 2019), however pulled out my bank statement with the transaction clearly showing the name of the shop, the date and the amount spent.
Came to the shop and presented this screenshot to Mr. Haaroon Saleem (called himself a manager, which is just a word in this case). He straight away said that
