Until recently, the majority of people haven't thought much of and about the world of ballroom dancing. It has now become a popular worldwide pastime, thanks to worldwide media influence bringing it back into the spotlight with shows such as "Strictly Come Dancing" and "Dancing with the Stars."

It wasn't long after the first season of these dance shows that the dance craze soon swept over England, America and the rest of the world, with more and more people choosing to learn the art of dance. However, Ballroom and Latin American dancing is certainly nothing new, and has quite an extensive background.
We are located less than 1 mile from Junction 30 of the M1 in the small village of Barlborough (opposite De Rhodes Arms Restaurant and public house). There are local buses running very regular throughout the day, with great links from both Worksop and Chesterfield. The nearest bus stop is right outside the Dance Centre.

We went to Darren earlier in the year to help with our first dance at our wedding. Darren is funny and made us feel at ease from the very first second we walked in. He is patient and went through the steps time… after time until we got it. We would highly recommend Darren and would like to say a massive thank you to him for the part he played in our wedding without him the dance would have been a disaster - because of my husband not me obviously 🤣
