When Fourmasters Ltd formed in 1988, there were four masters - literally. Master Pattern Makers, craftsmen at the top of their game. Over twenty years on, and with two Masters still at the helm, the company has introduced a new member of the team with over 25 years' experience within the same industry.

What's more, we can work with whatever materials are best for your job: fibreboard, wood, plaster, fibreglass, kirksite, aluminium, steels - even cardboard. We're proud of our reputation for finding rapid and cost-effective solutions to your toolmaking problems where only component drawings exist, or none at all.

With our in-house design facility we can take complex-shaped products from concept to reality using a range of CAD /CAM systems from Delcam. These include PowerShape for surfacing and tool design and PowerMill for cutterpath generation. This software gives us complete control and flexibility throughout the product development process.
